Career
Åkerman made her acting debut on the Canadian science fiction series Earth: Final Conflict in 1997, having a cameo appearance as a robot. The following year, she made appearances on the Canada-based series Doc and Twice in a Lifetime. In 2001, she moved to Los Angeles, California with a friend from York University. Acker made her major television debut when she starred as Winifred "Fred" Burkle on the second through fifth seasons of Angel and also as the character of Illyria for part of the show's fifth and final season. Holly Beth Weber is an American actress and model. She has appeared on television programs such as Modern Family and Men of a Certain Age.
